Tip: drag cards between columns (on a phone, press and hold first). Click a card to add details.
💾 On your own, the board stays in this browser. In a live room, it's kept on our server so others can join, and is deleted after a week with nobody in it.
How it works

List the work
Add a task for each part of the project. The board starts with To do, Doing and Done.

Share it out
Give tasks to people, set due dates, and colour-code them.

Move it to Done
Drag cards across as work gets done. Start a live room so the whole group sees changes straight away.
Questions
Does everyone need an account?
No. Start a live room and send the link. Anyone with the link can edit the board.
Can I use it on my phone?
Yes. Press and hold a card, then drag it to another column, or open the card and pick a column.
Can I export the board?
Yes. Download it as a CSV to open in Excel or Google Sheets.
